Just because something was in the past doesn't mean it had to be that way. It's dangerous to ex post look back at these current account balances and try to traw behavor relationships, behavior understandings. I so so againyou go into these reasonings tat are just fundamentally incorrect. Like the financial system, again, it's sort of, it's this elastic and dodgenous system, right, that exists to make trades and investments that cant happen happen.
