How to Make a Personal Project Out of Your Learnings

A lot of people are doing school motion courses under the course name, which is very good and awesome. But then sometimes if they have a lot of that work on their reels, I think it makes them potentially look a little bit more junior than they should. And what I would suggest is please do school motions courses. If you're like a mid-level motion designer, it really does depend on the assignment because some of our assignments all look completely different from student to student.
