Is Food Tracking Going to Be a Part of Many Patients?

Most people eat mindlessly they have no idea what they're actually eating and then we go into the bad word of mind. I think an easy way on a food journal these days everybody has a smartphone that didn't exist way back when just take a picture of it you take a photo of everything you put in your mouth. Just look back at it after a week and just look at the amounts of foods the kinds of foods you do again just by taking a pictures of it you'll make better choices but you'll also get to look back and see my gosh what did I really eat.
