The Trump Administration and the Affordable Care Act

I have trouble gaming out the politics of this. I feel like Democrats do have a desire to make the ACA work. If they felt like it was actually stabilizing, they would get behind something. So far, every time something goes wrong in a marketplace, something there, the Trump administration does not take responsibility and say we are doing X, Y, or Z to make it better. The idea that they are going to get some kind of bailout from Democrats is crazy.
