Wayne Pacelle: For micromobility to reach our true challenge, we cannot be an industry just for white boys. We got to do more to increase access on a gender perspective, on an age perspective, on socioeconomically into different neighborhoods. He says price alone is not enough. It also matters where we deploy because you can have a discount, but if it's not deployed in your neighborhood, it doesn't matter. "If we start to solve these issues, we're going to be able to truly bring more folks, more people onto this platform and join this most important industry," he said.
