I Believe in Black Swan Events

Bongino believes in black swan events where the likelihood of an event is small but the ramifications are catastrophic. Bongino: I don't know who blew up the Nord Stream pipeline from Russia to Germany but I know whoever did it had a reason had a reason to hurt Vladimir Putin if it wasn't Russia themselves did Tony Blanken our unesthemed Secretary of State do it? The chances of a global thermonuclear war is thankfully small however the ramifications of it mean you should take it really seriously regardless of the low probability event here's what worries me.
