How Do We Do That to Ourself?
When a client would disappear, i would spin up all these stories about how it was entirely my fault. What is that? Why do we do that to ourselves? And so this is why the metaphor is so helpful. We are creating these scenarios, write, very imaginative, king them out. But they often end in a, i'm bad, or i failed, or it's my fault, right? Soi think that this is a great way to kind of step up and get above this cause and effect, to get out of the sticky place.
