How to Find the Right Course of Action
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly, close your eyes. You want to be in upright but relaxed. Try not to hold on to any tension. Now bring to mind a situation in which you need some direction,. And just visualize that situation. Imagine different courses of action you could take. Anything is fair game. There's no to rule anything out just yet. Keep going through those different ideas and options. Something intuitively feels right, sitting with it for a moment. We'll be here for another minute or two. All right, now you can let all that visualizing go. Allow your mind to wander freely for a moment, whatever it wants to think
