Quality Matters More Than Quantity

Number four on my list was er, not necessarily number four in rank, but it's just as i thought of it. What's things like activities and experiences. And we can certainly fill up our days with activity that adds no value or meaning to our life. Or we can choose to focus our very finite time, energy and attention on a few activities and experiences that are important to us. Too much in terms of activities and experiences just results in overwhelm, exhaustion and stress,. We end up neither enjoying them, nor getting any value out of them.
