Is There Anything I Could Have Done Differently?
Lack of attention to detail, bad mouthing the programme and not being polite are all key. Don't handle pressure well or be disengaged from your patients in any way. If you don't like what's going on then write it down so that others can see how things could have gone better. And if there is a problem with an area for improvement, talk about it one-on-one rather than blaming everyone at once.
