If you only take one problem food at a time and make sure that you're getting pleasure in different places, you won't even notice that you've replaced that one food with something that's a little bit healthier. Knowing that you can change your cravings by these micro substitutions is knowledge. It's not will power. If you're trying to lose weight, with this thing called will power, you're putting all your energy in the wrong place. So it helps just to know it doesn't exist, so that you'd know it should look somewhere else.
