How to Get an Ice Cream Truck

I don't really have ice cream trucks anymore, it's kind of sad. There are things that you do only get with a large Mexican population. I'm saying the style of a just like cargo van that's been hollowed out and like painted and had stickers put on it. And then the ice cream trucks here too, are kind of the same where it's just like, oh it's like an abandoned van that somebody cut a hole in the side of taped a bunch of old yellow pictures.
