The Biggest Question Is Scalability?

The government should regulate anywhere that this is going on, plastic recycling is going on. There cannot be a Yankee candle factory within like 15 to 20 miles. That just seems like a wise policy. We can't even allow them to close to a plastic vomit. It does seem to me that the biggest question with all this is scalability. Yes. Absolutely.
