In one sense, secular individuals do see morality as something that each person should decide. But have you noticed that there are all kinds of ways you can go morally wrong to day in the eyes of our culture? It's not that there's no morality that applies to everyone, even though that would be consistent with a world view rooted in self authority. What is moral is determined by plar consensus. The morality isn't coming from an authority that's higher than human,. as it is for a christian or for another religious person who has a similar kind of understanding.
