Do Sessions That You Suck Out

Ewe's training partner, george williams, said that he actually got really sick from a period of over training. He was doing what we said in point three, and stretching himself in training to improve. But it was just too much for his body, and it ended up being detrimental. And i'm pretty good at avoiding the sessions that i suck out as well as any other person. We're not sitting here saying we're bringing at this. These are things that will make you richer, potential.
