Do You Like the High Bar Back Squat More Than the Low Bar Position?

Front squats are a little bit easier on my body, because of the difference in posture. The high bar back squat does train the quads more than the low bar back squat. Some people don't have enough shoulder mobility to comfortably get into a proper, tight, low bar position. Find which of those variations you like the most and stick with it.
