Anne hopkins is the author of a new book on leadership. She says women are told to be more like men, and that being liked isn't important. Hopkins: "We expect men to lead, and we like him because we expect it" But when a woman leads, she might be competent, but then we don't like her as she has to be abracive or raise her voice.
