When you have a compelling future, you can handle any present right now. You're always adjusting your plan and pathway forward. As you gain new information, you also adjust the goal. I think it's been said be committed to the goal, but flexible in the process. Don't be so obsessed with the process. You're actually committed to the result. The result is not necessarily what matters. Visualize yourself at specific milestones in a specific way - no more than two years out.
