The Queen Activities, Princess Activities and Ugly Steps

Sally Kohn: I was talking with one of our realtor clients in Florida and saying, you know, when I had her go through a list of her time and see where she's actually spending her time. She categorizes the activities as like queen activities, princess activities and ugly steps as their activities. And then on the next level there's things that you do that are things that you maybe you enjoy doing them. They're not the highest best use but they could be done by someone else for $10 an hour. Skelton: The whole thing is just eliminating all of the ugly steps.
