Hiring From Different Professional Backgrounds

Igead: I've seen more people now trying to hire from different professional backgrounds. Not so long ago, you have to be an engineer, or maybe an m b a from a top school,. That's pretty much it. Now we're seeing that they're more designers and even attorneys. Like it just doesn't really matter. It's more about what what experience you bring to the table... i think it's hard to show case all of that in a resome or in a linkie....
