think that's fair. Yeah, so I've known you for years now. And I just learned recently, at C &U this year that you don't like fancy food that you like. Like chicken fingers and hot dogs. And yeah, I didn't know that about you. I
Speaker 1
said I grew up on a farm. It's kind of funny because, you know, one of the things that people don't really understand about people who grow up on a farm, you are often very poor. We were rather poor as a family, but that doesn't keep you from eating like kings. And I remember just loving like chicken nuggets, but we never had it because we would have whole chicken from the farm. We would have like steak again, come on. Are we having steak for the second time this week? Yeah, you would always have like great food, food that today I've come to appreciate more. But yeah, I remember like when I finally was off on my own and could just eat party pizzas and nachos. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, this is the life. No more cool for me. But yeah, no more no more garden fresh cornered vegetables. And, you know, that kind of stuff.
Speaker 2
I I have to admit, I love frozen pizzas. Like I love a good frozen pizza. It's, it's that's my vice really, with like honey on it. Yeah, frozen pizza. But I

turned 51 this week, and I've had to over the last decade, become more conscientious about what I eat. Because your body doesn't bounce back as fast. And it's also starting to like, slow your metabolism down and all that. So it is very weird for me. But yeah, I'm not a I am not a food connoisseur. When I travel, Michelle will tell people if I'm going like, like, I'll go to a city. And they'll be like, we want to take Chuck out to eat somewhere. And where does he like and Michelle's like, nothing really, you know, like, like
Speaker 2
macaroni and cheese and chicken. Yeah,

for lunch, like a kid's menu. When I'm traveling, you can't give a you eat before you talk. You just can't stand up in front of a bunch of people with a full stomach. It just doesn't work out well. Or you're taking risks that you don't need to take. So it's very common for me to eat a Snickers bar and a Diet Mountain Dew for lunch. And that's all I'll eat until I'm done for the day. And then I'll grab something light that I can sleep at night. But yeah, that's very common. Not a good eater. Don't turn to me for cuisine recommendations. I go to a place and they're like, we have this great Korean restaurant. And I'm like, good, I'm happy for you.
Speaker 2
yeah. I hope it brings you
Speaker 1
joy. Not that I have anything against Koreans, I just, you know, am not, I'm not the target audience.
