I think the thing that I found being around a lot of chefs too is that like the food is almost like second day. Like when you're building a restaurant, like when you showed the menu on the wall, I was like, yeah, it's like a menu. That's like food. And we'll get into it later. We were going to ask this and we almost forgot to, which is so Matty Matheson, cook internet personality, larger than life personality, a friend of yours. But also, he's a really good actor. Oliver Platt rules. He's one of my best friends and I love him so much.
