The Disappointment of the Finder Browser
The finder was what appeared when you turned on the computer and I spent a lot of time in the finder arranging my computing life. This is really fallen by the wayside over time, but I used to be a pathfinder user because I love so much of what you could do with the finder back in the day. Apple has thus far refused to do that, which is a shame. But I still maintain that there's no reason where you can't have both a spatial finder and a finder browser at the same time as long as you distinguished them from each other.
