Michigan State University's COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates Are Legal
Michigan State University was just now affirmed in Lansing, Michigan that they can in fact require all faculty and staff to be vaccinated against COVID. They've got this end bank review that has basically said that the vaccine mandate is not lawful and is likely unconstitutional for federal workers but now we've got a disagreeing opinion. That's troubling.
