What Is Lower Cross Syndrome?

There's something called lower cross syndrome. And this is where there's some muscles on one side are underdeveloped and weak, and some on the other side are tight and overdeveloped. So people think that their back is weak, but it's actually overdeveloped. They need to strengthen their abdomen and stretch the lower back in the right way. Bottom line is do some planks. That's a really great way to turn your muscles fire.
