When giving advice to people, like in my family, i find it's not appreciated the same way i would expect it and want it to be appreciated. Any kind of comment that is offered without permission, i would say, don't yonn. So we're not going to say negative, derogatory things that we want to say positive, upbeat, complementary things. And shame is an inhibitor of change. It's actually very simple, ask permission, identify an outcome. If they say no, it's a non starter. All right? Let's keep it really simple, or you know, right?
