The Importance of Self-Awareness

Doreen: It's easy to get so wound up in the day-to-day stuff and dashing from one thing to another that we don't take a minute to step back. Doreen: I think reviews are the hardest part of GTD in many ways, but the higher altitude stuff really forces you to move into areas that can feel very foreign and feel very kind of in coate and chaotic. Simon: If all you do is sit around and scribble a million tasks about this job that you hate, that's not going to let you get the self-awareness that there are other things you should be thinking about.
