The Fourth of July Holiday in the United States

The President's G over in China didn't get much of a summer break from disappointing economic numbers. OPEC members started their July in Vienna, with Saudi Arabia extending its unilateral oil production limits. The Federal Reserve remained on the job in Washington as we got minutes from its most recent rate meetings. And I think more restrictive monetary policy will be needed to achieve the FOMC's goals of stable prices.
