The best case i've ever read is a 67 year old female. She presents with persistent aches and pains especially in her hands she also describes lower back pain and some stiffness in her legs. So other than the back pain having complaints in the hands and legs should still bring up a broad differential including inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis. And so you would want to find out about any inflammatory symptoms such as classically we ask about morning stiffness. Joint swelling pain improving with use of the joint etc.
