The Importance of Independent Parties in the Global Summit on AI

I think the biggest lesson actually from the EU Act is how fast all this is moving. People weren't even thinking about large language models when they drafted it and so they're kind of trying to fit those in after the fact into the particular act. No country wants their citizens to be overrun by cyber scam. Large language models can make romance scams much more than was ever possible before. Misinformation much more possible than any of them. I think every world government should worry whether a small number of tech companies are going to have too much power and take away from that government. Even though there's not perfect agreement among different countries, I think there's a fair amount and we should at least explore
