There's this whole debate over whether the people who manage your 401k, if you have a pension or any of your retirement funds are under a special set of fiduciary laws. So there were these special rules that were put in place to say, listen, if you're managing other people's money, you got to follow some pretty strict rules because it's not your money. If I'm an investor and I have my pension fund or I want to actually direct it to an entity that will invest that money responsibly, I can make that choice and go to one of these different types of funds.
