The Importance of Scheduling for Players
The union has been pretty clear about over the years is they would like the team to do a better job of dealing with postponements. Scheduling for players has become a thing. They want afternoon games when they're traveling. Last day of a series, you're seeing way more afternoon games because they claim they don't like getting into cities at two or three in the morning. That was part of my life for 18 years. The players didn't care. They were wide awake. And now that's a normal thing. It used to be rest in peace, someone M. Katie Feeney.
