The Importance of Traceability in Revision Control

GitHub is a communications platform and they always have been even just plain old subversion of something. Now that you have these tools available, you can start to view revision control as a tool. It's really interesting talking to hardware engineers, especially people who have been doing things for a while. And now that we're giving them some of these tools starting to, for instance, break down designer views into smaller designer views to help tell that story.
