The Meta Structure of the Litany of Trust
I love the litany of trust so much is because it draws us back to our baptismal identity. It mimics our baptismal promises that we make a baptism and we that we've made this past Easter. A Lord is to trust to abandon ourselves into the embrace of the Father. So I have a very similar take on how the litany is ordered and how it's structured. And I think that the power of praying it right is to begin to be able to see in really concrete way what the lies mean and what the grace is offered are.
