Getting Lost in the Embellishments
It's easy to get lost in the embellishments. It does us a lot more good to focus on where our users are feeling pain. Delight is a noble cause, but we can't impose this exuberant delight on somebody if they are not happy. We should deftly try to solve users problems instead of just barily check the bux rgt.
