How Can Someone Start a Daily Practice?
The only rule of a daily practice is you have to do it every day. So how can people start? Just start. There's no rule. The only thing that has to happen is that every you haveto step on your mator or open up your journal and just breathe. Yes, it's the first step towards building a foundation and connection with you. That is what a daily practice become. And i had to do this pose in this book. It became very rigid. Same with running. Everything became very rigid so, no rules.
