RedCycle's Failure to Disclose Its Stockpiles of Plastics
The head of Australia's main packaging recycling association says RedCycle just weren't being transparent about what was going on. The company is now being prosecuted by various EPA's for their lack of disclosure. And as Jeff Angel says, they've also irritated the public who thought they were trying to do the right thing. Coles and Woolworths say that to date, they've identified 44 sites where RedCycle had been stockpiling these soft plastics.
