i want to get clear about what you were saying about blinding there. If i'm right about the way this placebe mechanism works, then it would be the case that on an objective measure, an open label, placebo shouldn't make any differen but right now they're only doing subjective tests. And again, my contention is that it affects subjective outcomes because it's a modification of people's biases.
