The Effect of Carbohydrates on Lactate After Fasting

The graph below shows the effect of a 33 gram mixed carb bolus on lactate after fasting until 4 p.m. It's kind of an S curve, but it goes down and it stays for the first 30 minutes. The second day when I had a higher carb bolus it didn't look like that at all. So, we could say, you know, either this first effect is spurious, or there's a threshold effect where there's a certain amount of carbs that can suppress my lactate in the right context,. But too high of grams of carbs cannot. And so reveal my revised hypothesis at the end.
