How to Solve a Differential Equation?
Acceleration is a second derivative with respect to position, or soy of the position with respect to time and force. F equals m a is a differential equation. If are the forces a function of time, position and velocity, there is no general solution. That's why classical mechanics problems can get so hard using newtonian mechanics.
