Gordon Rithoon was a mechanic at Western Airlines in the mid 80s. He says they hired cleaners to clean up after mechanics and he said, we're not doing that. At Piedmont you could eat off the floor of the damn hanger, so get some plastic plate spell for your cleaning crew. You were eventually recruited by Boeing to oversee production of two of their most profitable aircraft.
