Why India and Pakistan Don't Have Nuclear Weapons?

Game theory came up out of nuclear deterrents and what not. But the situation whereind now, it doesn't seem like those simple game theoretic motows that were being built at the time wore. People believe in nucledteran theory as religion, almost logic and reason doesn't apply. And we see that even now with russia's nuclar threats, there's an outrage. At some point either we get rid of them or more countries will have them.
