I am working for one of the largest ticketing providers in germany, and we offer to our customers, to the event organizes, a softras service solution. And i got in contact with these accelerated metrics before my job for reservic I've read the book before that. So basically we implemented all the metric but twofold team level, piplane level and organization level. But the interesting thing was that we were accessing the transformations, therefore, we were accelerating the releases in the organization.
