The EU's Anti-Innovation Culture
If you want to get innovation, what you don't just need kind of a pro-innovation mindset, you actually need regulation. The EU has an anti-innovation culture and brag openly about the fact that they're exporting regulation. That's no way to create a hotbed of new innovation for something like AI and algorithmic technologies. And I think the UK has that opportunity, whereas the European Union has squandered it.
