The Importance of Integralism in Resistance
Up until the 19th century, there is the papacy enjoys temporal power. The papal states in central Italy. Pius IX is the last pope to enjoy that temporal sovereignty over the papal states before he becomes what's styled as a prisoner of the Vatican. And so it's a very important thing to do in resistance. But that was resolved later in the 20th century with the establishment of the modern state. Yes. So if you go between, say, Leo the 13th in cyclical and mortality day, which I think is one of the clearest statements of integralism, to the second Vatican Council, it's 80 years.
