The Balkan Inception Scenario

This is the second crisis in this area. We had the Bosnia crisis in 1908 and now the Balkan wars crisis where Austria has threatened Serbia. And Russia, when they intervene on a diplomatic level, has been told to sit down and shut up by Germany. So obviously Serbia is not going to be pleased with their Russian allies. Like where are you when we need you? The French have heavily invested in Russian railroads. France doesn't care about Austria, Hungary or Serbia. They want every Russian soldier that can possibly be concentrated against Germany as quickly as possible. In return for that, Russia is going to want French support if they move to backup Serbia.
