Maurice Silverstein: When you create an entire industry that largely has zero stake in the community that it is part of, it's not surprising that when things go sideways, they all bail. He says California relies on wealthiest Californians for most of our money and needs to change its progressive tax structure. Silverstein: I think with the last couple governors who tried to smooth out this system, we're going to see a challenge next year.
