How to Hire an Experienced Leader
A playbook is an implicit or explicit way to solve to recognize and solve a problem. I would say this becomes really important in the growth stage. If you don't, if you haven't accumulated some kind of playbook for how to solve them. Playbooks don't do a job for you, but they help them that you can do stuff faster. And then a third superpower of experience is that experience tends to make people credible. It should level up the caliber of talent that you're able to attract around them.
