A Ligote in the Village
Vincent shared a 20 ten and a 20 15 aligote with us. The fermenting room was this incredible space that had accidentally been built to the exact specifications of one of the world's most perfect acoustic environments. A lot of people play music to their wine in the vineyard or in the cellar. So just keep that in the back of your mind, because later we'll hear from another wine maker who talks about the unique influences on a wine during its fermentation.
