How to Protect Your Assets When Investing in Real Estate
TailDragger asked: Could I move my personal residence into another LLC and rent it back to myself? This was in the asset protection category. There's a couple of tax issues here, so I'm going to read this while you're starting. Let me just say, don't ever move assets. It will save you money, that'll make you money. But we are working with the tax code here on some of this stuff.
